3. REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to
request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork or item must be in the same condition that you received it,
undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mihaela.georgieva57@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will
send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Artworks sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if
you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Original paintings are highly
protected during transit, but if a shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the
artwork immediately and send them to our support email.
Shipping Information
We ship worldwide. All original paintings are securely packaged and dispatched with tracked professional
courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or DPD). Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Europe: 5-10 business days.
United States & International: 7-15 business days.
Please note that international shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
